Many Healthcare professionals and patients alike think that healthcare is purely just a business, but it is much more than that. At Faith and Hope Hospice, our care staff is highly trained to deal with the demands of an extremely diverse population. We do this by ensuring our staff is well aware of cultural competency and has the ability to utilize it. Our small home office staff, caregivers, LVN’s, RN’s, and doctors are all well aware of their own skills that can help better patient outcomes and processes. All while abiding to Equal opportunity Employer laws, we take the time and effort to ensure that most of us have diverse linguistic capabilities and who have knowledge of different faiths and cultures. Along with what sets us aside from the friendly competition, is the high standard of care we provide while still ensuring the patient is the main reason that we exist. Their needs exceed all other at any given time. We do not just claim to do just our jobs. We perform to standards and even exceed patient satisfaction.

For all other companies that focus on just profits and turn around, much like how most hospitals perform today. The future healthcare climate is going to be more catering to patients out of home rather than in centers for emergency care. Thanks to PPACA (Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010), people are now focusing on preventative medicine that will in hopes work on increasing longevity and quality of life. This is the Culture of America and the many communities it contains.

Please visit the US Census Data link at bottom of page to get a better understanding of how our community is shaped. The selected community in particular is beautiful Burbank California. Burbank is one of the many areas that we serve.
